2002. Idea was from Kimmo Kuurma    

How was choosen the name of the restaurant?
Name comes from finish national poet Eino Leino

For the persons who don't know well Helsinki, could you explain where Sir Eino Olutravintola is located?
Sir Eino is located by Esplanadi park

What kind of environment is it?
Enviroment is rather relax  

Is the location of a restaurant an important thing?
Location at central of Helsinki City is rather important for our custemers

How would you present or describe Sir Eino Olutravintola?
Sir Eino is very unformal bier restaurang in the midle of Helsinki

What kind of cuisine do you propose?
We offer pub style menu

What are the specialties of Sir Eino Olutravintola that you would definitly recommend to our readers?
We chicken grilled in open fire.

How often do you change the menu?
About 3 times year

How do you select your chef?
We has have same chef from start and we don't have any reson to change him.

Is it difficult to find a good chef in Finland?
No, there is no difficulties of anykind.

Regarding the decoration of your restaurant, did you choose / follow a certain
theme or a certain style?
We like to have our restaurang to be decorated as unformal and relaxing

Is the decoration of a restaurant important? Why?
Yes it is. Because the decoration makes big part of atmosphere

It is always necessary to discuss a little bit about money... What is the average price that a couple who come to have a classical meal should expect to pay?
About from 20 to 30 euros
